Lucy Hale is an international superstar! As a highly successful actor and singer, she is best known for the hit shows ‘Pretty little Liars’ and her current show for the CW ‘Katy Keene’. In this episode we talk everything from spirituality and supernatural experiences to staying sane in self quarantine and consciously manifesting dreams!

Lucy recently finished filming ‘Katy Keene’ in New York before flying to Paris and Milan fashion week. She rarely has time to relax at home but all that has changed given our current self quarantine circumstances!

Lucy shares how she is dealing with self isolation and staying sane and balanced at this challenging time. She talks about her spiritual journey this far and how the metaphysical world of reiki, angels and crystals has helped her tremendously on her path.
